How to learn the 26 times table
- Split 26 into 20 and 6: 26 × k = (20 × k) + (6 × k). For example, 26 × 7 = 140 + 42 = 182.
- 26 is 4 less than 30, so 26 × 8 = 30 × 8 − 4 × 8 = 240 − 32 = 208.
